Description We are searching for a dedicated Process Improvement/Re-Engineering Analyst to be an integral part of our team in the manufacturing industry, located in Plano, Texas. In this role, you will focus on enhancing business procedures and systems, with an emphasis on automation. This offers a long-term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Analyze existing business processes for improvement and automation potential • Implement process enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy • Utilize Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access to manage and analyze data • Collaborate with team members to understand business needs and propose solutions • Monitor and update business procedures to ensure they meet evolving business needs • Conduct regular reviews of automated processes to ensure optimal performance • Document process changes and updates for training and reference purposes • Communicate effectively with internal teams to implement improvements • Troubleshoot and address issues related to process improvement and automation. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field • Proven experience in process improvement or re-engineering in a manufacturing setting • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access • Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret complex data • Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment • Willingness to continually learn and adapt in a dynamic industry • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
