What You Can Expect
As the Process Improvement Senior Analyst for Business Operations, you will manage the ENGIE Renewables Operational Excellence program, focusing on establishing standard processes, quality standards, and enhancing overall performance. You will serve as a facilitator, change agent, and accountability partner, collaborating across multiple departments within the Renewables Business Unit and Hub.
In this role, you will coach all levels of the organization on how to implement lean manufacturing practices and serve as the Lean subject matter expert. Working collaboratively with various geographically dispersed stakeholders and departments (e.g., Power Market, Business Development, Construction and Delivery, Finance, Asset Management, Operations, and Communications), you will support driving synergies across the enterprise platform to achieve business objectives, implement business operation processes, build standards, resolve issues, and support the Business Operations Excellence program.
Ever day in this role you will:
Lead Initiatives: Drive process improvement through firsthand initiatives (Quick wins, projects, kaizens, workshops) using Lean tools and philosophy (5S, Standard Work, Problem Solving, Daily Management, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Transactional Process Improvement, and Maintenance) Train and Develop: Train, coach, and develop team members and stakeholders by using lean methodology and tools (5S, Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), Problem solving, VSM, others), building and establishing processes with key contributors Optimize Processes: Build and establish processes with stakeholders and key contributors, implement operational techniques to monitor processes, eliminate causes of unsatisfactory performance, and perform audits and assessments Analyze and Improve: Analyze problems, drive root cause analysis, implement countermeasures, and establish metrics to improve visibility of operational health and lean performance Lead Transformation: Lead transformation initiatives to support continuous improvement and optimization of end-to-end processes, challenging the status quo and deploying the Operational Excellence program and best practices sharing
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related field of study
Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in a similar role with experience in implementing Lean/Operational excellence programs Knowledge of World Class Manufacturing (WCM), Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Six Sigma, and/or change management Ability to manage multiple assignments on a timely basis with a high degree of accuracy End to End view with the ability to define and deploy standard processes Demonstrated ability to drive change, deliver results, and manage networks effectively Team collaborator and builder with solid project management skills
Additional Details
This role is eligible for our hybrid work policy Must be available to travel domestically up to 30% of the time and with the need for some overnight trips Must be willing and able to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policies
Compensation
Salary Range: $86,100 – $132,020 USD annually
This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.

In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for a competitive bonus / incentive plan.
