Position Summary

We are looking for a talented individual to join our Innovation team in the MENA Office. Process Innovation Manager will be responsible for providing operational and analytical support to Business Planning (supply chain, demand planning, Channel/Retail Management, BI Development, etc.). Position requires extraordinary data analysis capabilities, converting findings to actionable insights.

Role and Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

Address various business subjects with a focus on SCM Excellence of the organization (but not limited to)

Build insights from concrete evidence based on data analysis and apply them to achieve team objective

Initiate and Implement Variable Process Innovation Project in overall Samsung SCM operation, Field force Incentive, Retail Mapping, End-to-end Channel Visibility, BI, Master Data, etc.

Organize MENA SCM Training Academy  

Skills and Qualifications

What You'll Need:

8+ years of related experience and a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years and a Master's degreeIn-depth knowledge of Supply Chain Management system of electronics manufacturing companyData analysis oriented; job scope will require evidence-based approach with simulating multiple scenarios at the same timeAbility to speak Korean is highly advantageousMeticulous approach on given subjects without missing any detailAbility to see bigger picture integrating available information and data points for deducing insightsCapable of looking into issues with different perspectives; to understand audience’s perspectivesWilling to absorb new information daily and being able to apply new knowledge to traditional subjectsBeing able to work under time constraint and meet deadlines with limited guidanceStrong adequacy in discovering insights derived from data analysis; hiring process will include case study analysis and presentation of materials
