Perform a wide variety of inspection duties relating to overhaul and repair of gas turbine engine components, such as; inspection, repair and test operation required to ensure adherence to drawings, specifications, overhaul manuals, maintenance manuals, Service Bulletins and other P&WC/PWES documentation. Perform random visual and dimensional component inspection. Utilize various inspection methods and indication approval of proper procedure on applicable paperwork. Return components to service per applicable FAA, FAR’s, Foreign NAA, and P&WC/PWES requirements. Supplement and initiate Detail Inspection Records and CS orders as required during the component repair and inspection process. Perform other related duties as required or assigned. Refer difficulties to Supervisor. May be required to work overtime and other shifts in performing duties.

Basic Qualifications:HS Diploma or GED equivalentU.S. Person or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations requiredAble to pass vision screeningPreferred Qualifications:Powerplant License or Repairman’s Certificate with InspectionExperience in Inspection, Assembly & Test or repair processes for gas turbine engine components. Experience in the use of a variety of precision measuring instruments required for inspection and repair of gas turbine engine components. Experience interpreting drawings, layouts and specifications as they relate to repair, test and inspection of gas turbine engine components.Previous experience in Engine component repair line processes for PT6, JT15D, PW300, PW500, PW600, & PW800 engine components. A good knowledge of repair line operations and capabilities. Technical training in the areas of inspection or repair processes.

This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.
