Responsibilities The primary responsibilities of this job are providing support for on-line measurement systems in Tennessee manufacturing divisions: calibration and installation of equipment and performing preventive and reactive maintenance (troubleshooting). + Responsible for operating process analytical instrumentation. Review/report data collected and perform basic calibration, troubleshooting, and maintenance. + Assist in installation and repair of a wide variety of process analytical instrumentation, and control equipment located in the manufacturing areas. + Coordinate work with mechanical and electrical mechanics and operations crews to ensure minimum impact on operations. + Ensure that the recording of data is done accurately and legibly in notebooks, personal computers, etc. Keep detailed documentation of instrument maintenance and usage. + Review and evaluate data for inconsistencies, false positives, or negatives. + Perform all work safely, following manufacturing area safety requirements for required PPE and safe work permits. Qualifications + Commitment to safety. + High School Diploma or GED is required. + Must be able to work 12-hour shift schedule. + Valid driver's license for operation of a company vehicle within and outside the plant perimeter. + Initiative and the ability to work in a team setting. + Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. + Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills. + Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, SAP, SharePoint, Internet, etc.) + Physical abilities to visit analyzer locations in manufacturing areas. + Upon selection, the team member will be required to complete the EIA/PIA structured training program.
