**Job Description Summary** The Global Business Services (GBS) team helps drive BD forward by seeking out and implementing innovative ways to operate effectively and efficiently. We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Process Lead – Quoting & Contracting for our Quote-to-Cash service line. Reporting to the EMEA Regional Service Owner, Quote-to-Cash, in this pivotal role, the successful candidate will be responsible for defining the quoting and contracting process strategies, structures, usage, controls, and standards within the Quote-to-Cash framework. And find satisfaction in doing your part to make the world a better place. **Become a maker of possible with us!** The Process Lead – Customer Quoting and Contracting is responsible for developing and managing quote and contract process strategies, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. The role involves collaborating with internal stakeholders and leveraging ERP systems to optimize pricing, quoting and contracting processes. **Key Responsibilities:** + Oversee the end-to-end quote to contract process within the Quote-to-Cash (QtC) function, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. + Identify & implement process improvements to enhance quote & contract efficiency and effectiveness through automation / digitization + Identify root causes of recurring issues and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences. + Collaborate with BDX EMEA Pricing teams (ComEx & COE) to translate commercial pricing strategies to process playbooks, frameworks and deployments + Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to quote and contract performance, such as cycle times and error rates, and customer satisfaction scores. + Serve as the primary point of contact for contract & quoting process related issues and inquiries within the QtC function. + Develop and implement contract and quoting policies and procedures to enhance service quality and efficiency. + Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate them into the customer service process.Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as BPT, sales, finance, and legal to ensure seamless execution of credit and collections processes **Qualifications and Skills:** + Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and excellent problem-solving skills. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills. + Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities in a matrixed organization. + Proven Lean Management skills with Lean Six Sigma certification a definite asset. + Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools. + Strong familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., LOTS, S4 Hana, JDE) and other contract and pricing tools and technologies. (SFDC, Conga, OCPQ) + High level of attention to detail to ensure quoting, pricing and contracting accuracy and compliance. **Education and Experience:** + A minimum of a bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, marketing, or a related field is required. + A master’s degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFA, PMP) are highly desirable. + 5-7 years of experience in contracts and pricing, or a related field, with a focus on continuous improvement and execution. **Click on apply if this sounds like you!** Becton, Dickinson and Company is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
