At our Cascades in Richmond, BC you can develop your full potential, sustainably, by applying your expertise within the Containerboard Packaging division of our team as the Process Lead:

 

Define and improve standard processes for managing centerlines (CL) and rapid changeovers (RCO), ensuring proper execution. Work with production planners to optimize production schedules and grade changes. Analyze data on quality and production variances, creating action plans to address issues. Train and coach operators on best practices for CL and RCO. Support CI Pillar, Autonomous Asset Management Pillar, and Quality Pillar initiatives. Quality and Safety process refinement.

You too, will put forward your strengths: 

 

Experience leading and coaching teams. Engineering (chemical or mechanical) background perferred.  3 or more years of Project Leadership experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to navigate complex and ambiguous situations. Expertise in Lean Production System principles. Excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication.
