The Headlines:
In the role of Process Lead-Brewing working in Toronto, ON you will be part of the Toronto Brewery team. You will be expected to develop the operating teams’ technical understanding and mastery of process control. The successful candidate is also responsible for Centerline’s and Changeover as the DMS owner for Brewing.
The Responsibilities: .
Owns the Centerline and Changeover Management systems for Brewing. Leads process definition to identify Centerline targets and document standard. Facilitates loss elimination analysis to identify and prioritize loss elimination opportunities. Develops RTT metrics and control strategies to enable operators to respond to out-of-control situations. Leads IPS/UPS on key chronic losses for the area/department. Coaches teams on Centerline and Changeover DMS execution and problem-solving skills.The Other Qualifications:
Brewing Technology: Brewing, Fermenting, Centrifuging, DE Filtering, Nano/RO Filtering, Flavor Kitchen, Blending Experience with maintenance planning and maintenance improvement methodologies such as BDEs, equipment ranking Experience employing data analysis methodologies using Microsoft Excel Bachelor’s Degree – Applied Sciences with a minimum of 3-5 yrs directly related experience leading line operations.
