Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Process Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Process Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Process Maintenance Technician
**Location:** Manassas, VA
**What's the Job?**
+ Perform emergency and routine maintenance on all manufacturing equipment to minimize downtime.
+ Diagnose and repair faulty electrical components of machines, including motors and sensors.
+ Conduct equipment changeovers and assist production personnel as necessary.
+ Review and interpret engineering specifications, schematics, and blueprints to determine work procedures.
+ Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the repair shop and all maintenance areas.
**What's Needed?**
+ A minimum of 5 years experience as a millwright or in a similar role.
+ Associates degree with relevant experience or High School Diploma with additional technical training.
+ Advanced mechanical and electrical skills, including troubleshooting AC and DC circuits.
+ Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
+ Highly skilled in troubleshooting wrapping and pouching machines.
