YOUR ROLE Review, analyze, and approve digital process documentations in Signavio, ensuring documentation accuracy and alignment with BPMN (Business Process Modeling and Notation) modeling standards
Manage Signavio licenses by administering modeler licenses, maintaining user group structure, and conducting user cleanup for efficient license usage
Prepare detailed Signavio Master Reports to help provide decision-making insights to the Signavio Governance Team
Ensure process modeling data integrity and consistency by conducting approver and dictionary cleanup regularly; Address Signavio and BPMN related queries effectively through a group mailbox, providing timely assistance and solutions to users
Drive process improvements and conduct ad hoc analyses to continuously improve business processes YOUR SKILLS Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management/Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or any other relevant courses Minimum of three (3) years relevant experience in documentation management, repository management and technical writing Advanced Knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel Macros, and SharePoint), reporting and analytics  Preferably with knowledge in Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) foundation, Signavio, access management, and Power BI for dashboard creation and updates Excellent communication skills and ability to interpret, review documentation, and validate data correctness Amenable to work on a mid-shift schedule (12:00 NN – 9:00 PM), and a hybrid set-up
