COO Finance is the central service organization for the ING Finance departments and operates out of the Netherlands, Philippines, Poland, and India. Its responsibility is to support the central Finance applications, perform change execution, and run the operational processes for Finance. COO Finance ensures services and products to the internal and external stakeholders are timely, accurate, and compliant. COO Finance drives the transformation agenda across the Finance community, enabling progress toward the Finance strategic ambitions.
We are looking for a driven and experienced Process Management Expert in Manila to further strengthen operational management. You will work closely together with your Dutch counterpart. If you have a passion for process improvement, a Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma, and a proven track record in banking and finance, we would like to hear from you.
Job DescriptionStrengthen the process management foundationsEnsure standards in process documentation (process master list, process flows, workplace instructions) are consistently appliedMap processes in ARISAnalyse risks, issues, and dependencies in key processesIdentify and guide process improvementsIndependently Lead Kaizen eventsDrive smaller change projectsCollaborate with Finance stakeholdersMaintain alignment between process management and strategic initiativesMonitor process performance metrics and report on progress to managementDevelop and deliver training sessions to promote best practices in process managementEnsure compliance with internal policies and external regulations in all process activitiesAct as a subject matter expert for process management within the Finance communityJob RequirementsProcess Improvement certification (Lean Six Sigma or equivalent)Minimum 4 years’ experience in banking and financeSolid experience with leading workshopsStrong project management skillsAdvanced proficiency in process mappingAbility to analyse and optimise end-to-end business processesExcellent analytical, communication, and planning abilitiesStakeholder management skills across multiple levels and culturesProactive, result-oriented, and hands-on approachPersuasive and assertive when necessaryComfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentFluency in English
