KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Understand and appreciate the application of Operations ManagementWorking with operational teams in all parts of the business to analyze, review, identify and document business process improvement opportunitiesAct as a mentor and advocate to business partners and leadership team to promote and encourage continuous process improvementWhere applicable, demonstrate usage of Six Sigma and Lean Sigma tools and techniques • Provide training on Lean Six Sigma tools and techniquesEnsure integrity and consistency in all initiatives and allocated tasksIdentify, understand and manage inter project dependencies, risks and issuesDeliver progress status related reporting to senior management and committee structures as requiredProvide business partners and business leadership with independent consultation and support in the delivery of business change opportunities and recommendationsAct as a source of structured change management and process improvement expertisePlanning, coordinating and consulting with both business and project teams to ensure delivery in a consistent and effective manner
