Process Mapping Specialist

We are hiring a Process Mapping t Specialist to strengthen our Expert team, who will help us to improve organization’s performance management by designing & modelling business processes in ARIS mapping tool. Also, to ensure that business processes are understood, documented and implemented in line with ING standards, existing policies and regulatory requirements. The main responsibility is to design business processes using ARIS diagrams following the internal conventions and maintain them up to date.
 

Responsibilities:

Design and maintain end-to-end existing and new processes according to internal requirementsMap the internal banking processes in ARIS tool following the internal standards and conventionsSupport the creation and regular maintenance of workplace instructions in line with the processes designedCooperate with other departments and specialist such as Subject Matters Experts and Process Leads across the organizationClarify operational risk and mitigate measures in process maps in ARISIdentify potential gaps and highlight possible optimization and process improvementsOrganize regular meetings to review the mapping progress to meet the deadlinesIdentify opportunities for continuous improvements within the teamWay of working in line with Agile rituals

Personality requirements and skills

At least 2years of working experience; Process management skills would be advantageEffective communication and active listeningAbility to understand business needs from various stakeholdersCustomer oriented and customer need focusedKeen for new experience, responsibility and accountabilityAble to work independently; detailed orientedKnowledge of ARIS Process Modeling Tool is an advantageKnowledge on relevant banking products, processes and bank systemsKnowledge of BPMN 2.0 standard is an advantageExperience from corporate environment is an advantage

Wage (gross)1 640 EUR/month

Based on your experience/profile, the final financial conditions will be the subject to discuss and negotiate at the personal interview, however, not less than above mentioned minimum salary component.
