We are looking for a Process Mining Excellence Lead who will join the global Master Data & Digital Innovation team.

Let's go into more details of your main responsibilities:

defining and implementing process mining methodology and best practicesoverseeing process discovery, conformance checking and enhancement initiativescoordinate with IT teams the technical infrastructure and system integrationleading data extraction and quality management effortsdriving value tracking and benefits realization for process mining initiativesmanaging and reporting on key performance metrics including ROIleading the delivery of process improvements and cost savings initiativesmonitoring and improving data quality and connectivity metricsleading training and knowledge sharing initiativesinfluencing stakeholders to adopt process mining solutions

We expect you to have:

solid experience in process excellence, digital transformation, or related fieldspractical experience with process mining technologies, preferably Celonis (nice to have: certifications in process mining, Celonis, or process improvement methodologies)proven track record in leading process improvement initiativespractical experience in change management and stakeholder engagement strong understanding of process analytics and data visualizationproficiency in process modeling and improvement techniquessolid grasp of IT infrastructure and system integration conceptstrong stakeholder management and influence skills
