**Job Title: Forklift Operator** **Job Description** Operators will do anything and everything in the warehouse to ensure customer orders are filled and ready for delivery promptly. Tasks include general cleaning of the plant, washing hoses, large totes, and drums, and disposing of drums. This role primarily involves handling liquid chemicals used for water treatment. Operators will take direction from the shift manager, fill orders, stage them at the dock, and load trucks upon arrival. They will also clean hoses, tidy up the warehouse, and clean drums as needed. Operators will use a sit-down forklifts to move finished totes or palletized drums and stage them in labeled rows for each truck. **Hard Skills** + Manufacturing experience + Forklift experience (loading/unloading trucks preferred) **Job Type** This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 20 Week(s). **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in Camby, Indiana. **Work Environment** SHIFT 2nd shift (12pm-8pm, sometimes 8:30pm to finish a truck) PPE Operators must be ready to wear bump cap, safety glasses, gloves, respirator in some areas, and a 'chemical suit' which looks like thick overalls. The suit adds 10-15 degrees of heat.
