As a Process Operator, you will play a crucial role in our production process. Your responsibilities will include:
Operating production machinery and adjusting controls to optimize performance. Maintaining accurate logs of gauge readings and shift production. Ensuring a clean and safe production area while performing routine maintenance. Collaborating with team members to recommend improvements in efficiency and quality. Engaging in safety committees and quality improvement initiatives. Communicating effectively with coworkers and management to ensure smooth operations.What We’re Looking For:
Availability: Must be able to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Skills: Basic math skills and the ability to communicate professionally with team members and supervisors. Attention to Detail: We need individuals who are detail-oriented and capable of making sound decisions. Equipment Operation: Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment is a plus. Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Health & Safety: Must pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen. Training: The training will begin in mid-January or later. Training will be held at an AGP facility located in Aberdeen, SD, Hastings, NE, or Sergeant Bluff, IA. The training schedule will run from Monday to Thursday, with weekends off to return home.
