The Process Operator will be responsible for the manufacturing and handling of raw materials and/or finished products at the plant. A successful applicant will be responsible for safely operating equipment in the assigned area while maintaining a high degree of quality for our products and working as efficiently as possible for our continuous operation facilities.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of job stability in previous positions Experience in manufacturing is preferred but not required Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot technical issues Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations Ability to work well under pressure and make quick decisions Soft Skills: Effective communication and teamwork abilities 9Adaptability to rotating shifts and willingness to work overtime as needed Commitment to workplace safety and compliance with safety standardsResponsibilities:
