Process Operator II Sprayer Cum Color Matcher

1. Ensure High-Quality Spraying Process: Achieve consistent and precise application of paint coatings using both manual and automated spray techniques to meet product specifications in terms of color, gloss, and surface finish.

2. Effective Color Matching: Achieve precise color matching for all coatings as per customer specifications to meet or exceed product expectations.

3. Optimize Spray Parameters: Establish and optimize spray parameters through collaboration with process engineers and conducting Design of Experiments (DOE) to enhance coating consistency and reduce defects.

4. Efficient Operation of Spray Equipment: Operate both manual and automated spray systems effectively to maintain production efficiency and minimize downtime.

5. Process Improvement: Continuously identify and implement improvements in spray application techniques and coating processes to increase production efficiency and reduce material waste.

6.Equipment Maintenance and Reliability: Ensure spray equipment is well-maintained and performs reliably to support uninterrupted production processes.

7. Compliance and Safety Adherence: Comply with all safety regulations and company policies to ensure a safe working environment and prevent accidents or incidents.

8. 5S Implementation: Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment by following 5S principles (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) to enhance productivity, reduce clutter, and ensure workplace safety.

9. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of spray parameters, color formulations, and process changes to support quality control and traceability.
