This role will be responsible for driving and managing standardized global processes across HR Shared Services, leveraging technology globally, and ensuring strong governance and control in project execution.
Accountabilities:
Implement RELX global HR processes management, business capabilities and business readiness activities.
Develop, implement, facilitate, and support the realization of the HR global process framework within HR Shared Services Center focused on strong facilitation and delivery.Identify, prioritize and drive global operations process optimization and standardization initiatives.Define and implement a Global Process framework, focused on process excellence, including governance across the globe.Driving process optimization and standard work through process management tools and lean best practices.Communicate value of process transformation and optimization in realizing financial targets.Continuous Improvement through process redesign, generative AI and automationFacilitate current & future state process design: Using journey maps to visually show current state process, areas for improvement, non-value-added steps and reimagine the future state process.Provide subject matter expertise to drive process excellence, while applying lean and six sigma methodologies
Managing a team of global process owners (directly and indirectly) to oversee delivery of services to our customers/employees.
Project Management execution
Responsible for supporting HRSSC on project delivery and management.Qualifications (required):
Must be flexible with work hours (US/APAC time)Bachelor’s Degree, or 10-12 years of experience with an emphasis on process leadership in related fieldLeadership skills and experience as well as the ability to influence with and without formal authority.Experience with end-to-end process management.Broad knowledge process design and process framework strategy.Superior organization and planning skills, including the ability to direct and prioritize projects to completion within deadlines.Lean, and/or Six Sigma certification
