**In Paraguay, we have two Nestlé units:**
Nestlé Paraguay is the unit responsible for importing and distributing all our #1 brands and has been in the market for 23 years.
On the other hand, we are Nestlé Business Services Asunción, the service center of Nestlé. We have been in the market since 2018. We provide back-office services such as Supply Chain, Financial, HR, and Digital & Social Media to all Nestlé in LATAM from Mexico downwards. Our clients are our partners.

**Position Summary**
In this position, you will act as a process optimizer within the Accounting area, developing solutions, restructuring workflows, and supporting all relevant improvements and projects. You will collaborate with different areas to understand their needs and ensure that the proposed solutions are viable and beneficial, leading the team to ensure deliveries.
**A Day in the Life of...**
**Process Optimizer**
+ Monitor the performance evolution and deliveries of the area;
+ Develop analyses and identify key opportunities that will improve services;
+ Lead and support continuous improvement projects, removing obstacles;
+ Manage communication acting as a bridge between the service center and the operational partner;
+ Promote a “Service Orientation” mindset within operations;
+ Simplify complex problems into easy-to-understand and actionable elements;
+ Proactively conduct benchmarking assessments and promote constructive challenges to support R2R operations in delivering first-class service.
**What Will Make You Successful?**
+ Proficiency in English is mandatory, and Spanish will be an advantage;
+ Excellent customer relationship skills;
+ Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields will be an advantage;
+ Good communication and service orientation;
+ Ability to work in a multifunctional environment;
+ Experience with Lean Six Sigma tools;
+ Previous experience in Financial Services is a plus;
+ Knowledge of Microsoft tools: Power BI, PowerPoint, and Excel will be an advantage.
