Position OverviewChampion process improvement activities for assigned locations including identifying and quantifying opportunities, process and data analysis, project management and solution implementation and control. Provide operational business intelligence support (region and assigned locations) including: (1) design, development and maintenance of business intelligence tools (2) prepare for and assist with the facilitation of business reviews to identify areas of opportunity and (3) provide ad hoc analysis to site and region leadership.

Job Description

Process Improvement – Analyze operations to identify, quantify and prioritize actionable areas of opportunity. Develop business cases (problem definition, establishing baselines, KPIs and financial impacts, etc.) for potential projects.Engage stakeholders cross functionally ensuring alignment and support for projects. Plan / manage national and regional projects.Facilitate process improvement activities and be accountable for driving project and achieving results.Propagate continuous improvement methodology / techniques / mindset across the organization.Business Intelligence – Engage with operations staff to determine business intelligence needs.Design, enhance and maintain reports and tools that enable identification of opportunity areas and facilitate identification of root causes (involves data mining from variety of systems, significant use of database and spreadsheet tools).Assist with training initiatives for operations staff in the use of business intelligence tools. Participate in facility business reviews. Support finance analysts during budgeting and forecasting.Travel Required:No
