The Opportunity
Do you thrive in dynamic environments and have a knack for process streamlining and strategic thinking? Join Roche Diagnostics Baltics as a Quality and Operational Excellence Intern. You’ll play a key role in driving operational excellence and preparing for the implementation of a new global IT system and process landscape. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in enhancing quality management systems, optimizing business processes, and serving as a Local Quality & Regulatory back-up. The intern will support the implementation of process improvements to drive efficiency, compliance, and excellence across various departments in the Baltic region.
During this 12-month internship, you will work on these main deliverables
Act as a backup and cover responsibilities for the Lithuanian market of the Local Quality & Regulatory Responsible
Enhance the procurement process for direct materials and perform key activities to ensure quality and compliance requirements
Driving process review and preparation for the new global process and IT landscape
Analyze current processes, identify areas for improvement, and co-develop and drive plans to enhance operational efficiency.
Assist in the analysis and documentation of current processes, identifying areas for improvement.
Establish process performance and compliance tracking.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Support the change management for transition and process integration

Fixed salary: 1583 EUR gross/monthly.
