MAU is hiring a Process Quality Engineer for our client in Greenville, SC. As a Process Quality Engineer, you will apply standard engineering techniques to assigned tasks, ensuring that goals related to quality, quantity, and timeliness are met to support departmental objectives. This is a long-term 18-month contract position.

Experience in manufacturing, particularly in assembly, machining, and process improvement. General Requirements Proficiency in problem-solving methodologies, such as 8D or root cause analysis, and applying quality tools for solution implementation. Strong ability to read, analyze, and interpret data, engineering drawings, and technical procedures. Skilled in writing process planning steps and creating work instruction methods. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills. Strong critical thinking, communication (oral and written), and problem-solving skills. Essential Functions Document technical data to support assigned components, assemblies, and/or systems, ensuring alignment with quality policies and procedures Prioritize and manage multiple process improvement projects, independently or as part of a multifunctional team, to enhance customer satisfaction and business productivity Provide advanced quality engineering support for processes or automated equipment Apply standard engineering techniques to tasks, ensuring that goals related to quality, quantity, and timeliness are met to achieve departmental objectives Conduct training sessions on quality assurance concepts and tools Maintain and improve process documentation in the assigned area to ensure consistent quality and compliance
