Process Re-Engineer Senior Manager

In this position... 

This role is a key leader within Transformation, responsible for operationalizing the enterprise-wide process transformation strategy. This role leads the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of standardized methodologies, tools, and best practices for process optimization across the organization. They will manage a portfolio of enterprise-level transformation programs, ensuring consistency, scalability, and adherence to the technical vision - ultimately driving significant and measurable improvements across the Industrial System processes.

You'll have... 

-Deep Expertise in Process Improvement Methodologies: Proven mastery and practical application of Lean Six Sigma, Value Stream Mapping, and other continuous improvement frameworks.

_Bachelors Degree preferably in Engineering

-Program & Project Management: Strong capabilities in leading and managing complex, enterprise-wide transformation programs from conception through completion.

-Methodology Development & Deployment: Demonstrated experience in developing, standardizing, and successfully deploying process improvement methodologies and tools across diverse organizational functions.

-Analytical & Problem-Solving: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of dissecting complex process challenges and developing scalable, practical solutions.

-Communication & Influence: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts, influence stakeholders at various levels, and drive adoption of new standards.

-Leadership & Mentorship: Proven ability to lead teams through influence, mentor practitioners, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

What you'll do...

-Leading the development, deployment, and adherence of enterprise-wide process engineering methodologies, tools, and technical standards, including Lean Six Sigma, Value Stream Mapping, and process automation standards.

-Overseeing, managing, and delivering a portfolio of cross-functional operational transformation programs, ensuring strategic alignment, efficient resource allocation, successful execution, and ongoing value delivery through robust business cases.

-Building organizational capability in continuous improvement and process transformation through internal consulting, expert guidance, coaching, and the design and delivery of training programs.

-Establishing, monitoring, and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide data-driven insights on the effectiveness and adoption of central methodologies and the progress of enterprise-wide programs.

-Fostering cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders, including IT and business leaders, to ensure seamless integration and widespread adoption of transformation approaches.

-Identifying, assessing, and mitigating technical risks associated with large-scale transformation efforts and complex system integrations.
