The Position

As a Process Scientist, you will join a highly skilled team, that offers support of the best quality and highest capacity utilisations for production lines within area of responsibility. We are responsible for design, construction, commissioning & qualification and handover.

 

Our team members communicate frequently with a wide range of stakeholders, from colleagues on production floor, Product Supply Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (PS API) Manufacturing Development team members, principal scientists across PS API and Process Groups, senior stakeholders, project owner and members of the management team.

The main tasks will be to: 
•    Plan validation.
•    Specify user requirements.
•    Participate in supplier selection to ensure quality in equipment and process.
•    Drive design, construction, and verification.
•    Plan operational readiness.

 

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you have:
•    A min. bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical engineering, chemical engineering, microbiology, biotechnology, or similar natural science field.
•    Operational process engineering experience, which is considered a plus. 
•    Multidisciplinary knowledge and/or experience from pharmaceutical industry or other highly regulated industries.
•    Project management and project experience, which is considered a plus. 
•    Full professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
