Leadership Responsibilities

Once direction is clear, demonstrates a high degree of organizational impact and influence across functions to deliver business objectives.

With guidance, designs, prioritizes and executes experiments to achieve the best business results. Aligns strategy with market and managers in timely manner.

Builds and nurtures relationships within and across functions creating a culture of openness and information sharing.

Work closely and effectively with other teams to deliver a joined approach and understanding of the supported business area

Accountabilities

Participate of the smooth and accurate month-end close reporting especially on Cost of Good Sold and Stocks

Create accurate forecasts based on request and information collected from the stakeholders

Participate delivering timely information and insights, forecasting

Provide proposal for resolution of issues

Participate in delivery of monthly management reporting processes (various BPM reports, landing report, O&R, Extended WC and cash flow reporting and forecasting,) also support deck preparation for the related review meetings

Participate in the Annual Operating Plan and Strategic Plan preparation and submission

Ensure the completeness of profit center/market figures and continuously monitor the respective P&L accounts for any inconsistencies

Support the forecasting process

create different analysis as required

 

Qualifications

Degree educated in relevant finance / accounting/ business

Financial Planning & Analysis, and/or Financial Controlling experience is advantage

3-4 years’ experience in relevant area

Basic accounting knowledge

Experience with Shared services process activities is an advantage

Relevant experience with BW, SAP

Strong Excel knowledge

Fluent English knowledge
