PROCESS OVERVIEW

The Diverse Content department collects proprietary financial information. The Content teams work on various databases and are responsible for researching, adding, parsing, storing, and updating abundant financial information useful for Investors.

SUB-PROCESS OVERVIEW

Core Content Automation Team is a global team with teams located in Hyderabad, Manila & Paris. is a global team with teams located in Hyderabad, Manila & Paris.

The team in Manila is currently seeking talented individuals to take on the role of Automation Analyst. By using the skill set of Python, and Advance Excel, you should automate the collection process and fix the issues triggered by analysts/systems.

You will learn various processes in-house. The training will last for around 3 months.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Should create/modify Python script to automatically download files from websites

Develop new/enhance existing scripts to automatically load the data in the database

Should coordinate with development/support engineering teams

Should perform non-regression tests for new enhancements implemented

Assist in maintaining and supporting existing automated collection

Work on ad hoc tasks assigned by the Team Lead

Should handle new projects within the team

Excellent organizational skills

Ability to work as part of a geographically diverse team

Ability to create and review documentation and test plans

Ability to communicate fluently in English with both technical and non-technical people

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Computer Science graduate is with added advantage

0 to 12 months – Background in programming is with added advantage

Familiarity with API, JavaScript, and Pandas is a plus

Adequate understanding of object-oriented languages such as Python, C&C

Knowledge of browser technologies such HTML/JS/CSS (required)

Excellent knowledge of MS Excel Macro
