Process Subject Matter Expert - Learning & Development
Site Name: Poznan Business Garden Posted Date: Oct 23 2024 Process Subject Matter Expert - Learning and Development (project contract till end of 2025) The Process Subject Matter Expert (SME) – Learning and Development (L&D) will be responsible for working closely with the Global Process Owner (GPO) to prioritize user stories within the L&D sphere and implement process improvements. The SME will collaborate with various stakeholders, including Service, the L&D Centre of Excellence (CoE), Embedded HR, and the wider business community to understand and address their challenges effectively. Additionally, this role will ensure the standardization of processes and the creation of interaction models with L&D vendors. Key Responsibilities: Prioritization of User Stories: Work with the Global Process Owner to prioritize user stories within the L&D space, focusing on identifying and implementing process improvements. Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with Service, the L&D CoE, Embedded HR, and the broader business to understand the nature of the problems they face and develop desirable solutions. Backlog Prioritization: Prioritize the backlog based on measurable value to address and solve problems effectively. Process Standardization: Collaborate with the GPO to standardize processes and create standard ways of working and interaction models with L&D vendors. Project Participation: Participate in larger projects that require changes to L&D, helping to prioritize and deliver the necessary changes. Documentation Maintenance: Work with Documentation Analysts to keep document sets and global knowledge articles up-to-date, including the Target Operating Model for each country and legal deviations from the standard process. Issue Resolution: Take accountability for process-based Voice of the Customer (VOC) feedback and resolve issues noted by submitters in partnership with Tier 1 support. L&D Query Management: Ensure the efficient movement of L&D queries towards appropriate tier levels for resolution. Why You? Proven experience in Learning and Development, with a focus on process improvement and stakeholder management. Strong analytical skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage a backlog effectively. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse stakeholders. Experience in standardizing processes and creating interaction models. Strong problem-solving abilities to develop effective solutions for complex issues.
