As a **Process Subject Matter Expert (SME)** , you will play a key role in driving the implementation and optimization of core business processes across multiple functional areas. This temporary position requires a seasoned professional with expertise in process improvement, project management, and SAP technology. You will work in a dynamic environment where collaboration, innovation, and bilingual communication (Spanish and English) are essential for success.
+ **Process Leadership** : Provide subject matter expertise in processes such as Integration Technology, Record to Report, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, General Ledger & Consolidation, and Tax.
+ **SAP Implementation** : Lead and support technology projects with a focus on SAP solutions, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with organizational goals.
+ **Process Optimization** : Analyze current workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements using Six Sigma methodologies.
+ **Project Management** : Collaborate with the Project Management Office (PMO) to manage complex projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
+ **Stakeholder Collaboration** : Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring all requirements and deliverables are aligned.
+ **Training and Documentation** : Conduct workshops, create training materials, and document new processes to ensure smooth transitions and user adoption.
+ **Performance Monitoring** : Establish and monitor KPIs to measure process performance and continuously implement improvements.
+ **Experience** : At least 8 years of experience working with relevant processes such as Finance, Accounting, or Integration Technology.
+ **Technical Expertise** : Demonstrated experience with SAP implementation and ERP solutions.
+ **Process Improvement** : Certifications in Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher) with a proven track record of successful process optimizations.
+ **Project Management Skills** : Strong PMO capabilities, including planning, execution, and stakeholder communication.
+ **Bilingual Communication** : Fluency in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse teams.
+ **Analytical Mindset** : Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into actionable solutions.
+ **Interpersonal Skills** : Excellent leadership, teamwork, and communication abilities to manage cross-functional initiatives effectively.
