The position
As Process Supporter, your role will include supporting processes through analysis, automation requirements, and optimization within a Lean production framework. Joining this team means being a part of the innovative effort to build Novo Nordisk’s warehouse and material handling system of the future in Hillerød.
Your primary tasks entail:
Ensuring seamless and compliant process operation and maintenance, including technical and maintenance documentation, logbooks, service cards, etc. Undertaking regular process confirmations to uphold compliance standards Overseeing the qualification and validation of both existing and new machinery and equipment to meet quality and regulatory standards Addressing compliance gaps and implement corrective actions to ensure adherence to GMP standards and quality requirements Managing and overseeing change requests within the department, ensuring a systematic and compliant approach Updating and creating SOPs while driving process optimizations to enhance efficiency and complianceYour role also includes acting as Project participant or Project Manager for local MH-system projects, defining requirements and developing design documents

Qualifications
To qualify for the position, we envision that you:
Having experience with warehouse transport or material handling systems is highly valued, as is a background in installing and commissioning integrated systems.
Additionally, fluency in Danish would be considered as an advantage.
As a person, you have proven ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of an organization. You thrive when driving tasks independently and seeing them through to completion. Additionally, you are capable of juggling multiple tasks while maintaining a clear focus on priorities and the bigger picture.
About The Department
You will be part of the dynamic and ambitious Support team, where we handle all development, improvement and error investigations in the Material handling system. Our challenge right now is to execute an increasing portfolio of projects and implementing new solutions with minimum impact on the ongoing production. We are therefore looking for experienced people that can get going right away handling systems as well as projects.
