JOB REQUIREMENTS

•    Degree in Chemical engineering and other related majors. 
化学工程或其他相关专业毕业。
•    At least 3 years working experience with a manufacturing company.
3年以上制造企业工作经验。
•    ASU experience /good safety knowledge /English ability would be preferable.
有ASU工作经验/良好的安全知识/英语能力优先。
•    Proactive, honest, teamwork and hard working
积极主动，诚实，团队合作，工作努力
•    Be enthusiastic and willing to learn.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
1.Work closely with other operators and engineers to take charge of the daily operation of the plants, including process adjustment, pipeline delivery systems, product quality control, trailer Loading, routine field/equipment inspection etc. Ensure the plant runs safely and efficiently. 
与其他操作员和工程师密切合作，负责工厂的日常运营，包括工艺调整，管道输送系统，产品质量控制，拖车装载，日常现场/设备检查等。确保工厂安全高效运行。 

2.Assist Lead operator for Plant Emergency Shutdown / Plant Startup / Emergency response / Trouble-shooting etc.
协助主操进行紧急停机、工厂启动、紧急响应、故障排除等。 

3.Assist Engineers to implement Preventive Maintenance.
协助工程师实施预防性维护。

4.Assist the production supervisor to manage the safety of contractor or visitors.
协助生产主管管理承包商或访客的安全。

5. Holding safety meetings and performing safety audits (including APSAM, SIP, BSP,5M, safety action training and so on) and writing safety reports. 
召开安全会议，进行安全审核(包括APSAM, SIP, BSP,5M，安全行动培训等)，并撰写安全报告。

6.Keep good communication with customer for closely cooperation. Work closely with logistics, customers, local operation team, maintenance team, OTS support team, commercial team, etc.
与客户保持良好的沟通，密切合作。与物流，客户，本地运营团队，维修团队，商务团队，OTS支持团队等紧密合作。

7.Improve English level gradually; can read the safety manual and operation manual. 
与客户保持良好的沟通，密切合作。与物流，客户，本地运营团队，维修团队，商务团队，OTS支持团队等紧密合作。

8.Complete the required process and safety training courses, pass the assessment test, Obtain internal / external qualification certificates.
完成规定的工艺和安全培训课程，通过考核考试，取得内部/外部资格证书

9.Completely understand the site emergency response procedures, must have the ability to implement emergency response plan; take the temporary on-site emergency command coordinator role when manager is not on the spot.
完全了解现场应急响应程序，必须具备执行应急响应计划的能力；经理不在现场时，临时担任现场应急指挥协调员。 

10.Could assist superior operator complete the plant startup and shut down.
协助上级操作员完成工厂的启动和停厂。
