We are seeking a skilled **Process Technician** with experience in **injection molding** . The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of mold management, quality assurance procedures, and machinery operation. This position requires a proactive, safety-conscious individual who can work independently and problem-solve in a fast-paced production environment. **Key Responsibilities:** + Adhere to all applicable safety standards and obtain required safety certifications as designated by the company. + Operate and maintain QA lab instruments; demonstrate knowledge of QA procedures and ensure compliance. + Perform mold management tasks including startups, shutdowns, heater/nozzle/tip/thermocouple replacements, and mold splitting. + Disassemble, reassemble, and restart any mold/machine combinations with thorough knowledge of mold components. + Troubleshoot and resolve molding problems efficiently, documenting issues clearly and communicating effectively with team members. + Perform basic repairs on electronic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems; interpret hydraulic/electrical schematics and mold diagrams. + Operate support equipment including railcar pumps, stacking systems, Novatec systems, and mechanical room startup. + Manage color changes and startup processes in accordance with quality and operational standards. + Exhibit expertise in thin wall injection molding; identify and correct processing issues independently while maintaining product quality. + Maintain clean and organized workspaces by following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). + Participate in training programs, including daytime on-the-job training sessions, regardless of assigned shift. **Shift- D Shift Thursday, Friday, Saturday and every other Wednesday 7pm-7am** **Pay Details:** $23.50 to $26.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
