**Job Title: Process Technician**
**Job Description**
As a Process Technician, you will play a vital role in improving and implementing processes on the production floor. You will assist in resolving day-to-day machine and tooling problems, monitor and control current processes, and utilize your design and mechanical skills to enhance processes. Additionally, you will be responsible for training employees on process changes and communicating these changes at the unit level.
**Responsibilities**

+ Utilize design and mechanical skills to improve processes.
+ Train employees on process changes.
+ Identify and implement process improvements at the unit level.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience in machine operation and production management.
+ Ability to set up and maintain machines.
+ Strong mechanical inclination.
+ Experience as a lead machine operator and shift supervisor.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience as a Machine Operator, Machine Operator Lead, Production Line Lead, or Shift Supervisor.
**Work Environment**
Work in a dynamic production environment with a focus on improving and maintaining machinery. The role requires hands-on mechanical work and problem-solving skills. The work may involve operating machinery and leading a team in a production setting.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Blacksburg, Virginia.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $29.00 - $29.00/hr.
