Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) technicien(ne) de procédés expérimenté(e) et minutieux(se) pour se joindre à notre équipe. Le/la technicien(ne) de procédés sera responsable de la configuration, de la surveillance et de l’optimisation des processus de production afin d’assurer des opérations de fabrication efficaces, sécuritaires et de haute qualité.
RESPONSABILITÉSConfigurer et faire fonctionner les équipements de production de bouteilles en plastique (moulage par injection, moulage par soufflage, extrusion)Surveiller et ajuster les réglages des machines pour maintenir la qualité des produits et minimiser les temps d'arrêtEffectuer les procédures de démarrage, d'arrêt et de changement de production selon les exigencesDépanner les problèmes mécaniques et liés aux procédés et coordonner avec l'équipe de maintenance au besoinInspecter les produits pour s'assurer qu’ils répondent aux spécifications et aux normes de qualitéCollaborer avec les équipes de qualité, maintenance et ingénierie pour améliorer la productivité et le contrôle des procédésVeiller à ce que tous les protocoles de sécurité et les procédures de l’entreprise soient respectés en tout tempsParticiper aux initiatives d' amélioration continue et recommander des améliorations aux procédés
QUALIFICATIONSMinimum de deux (2) ans d’expérience dans un environnement manufacturier, idéalement dans le domaine des plastiques ou de l’emballageCapacité à lire et interpréter des documents techniques, les réglages de machines et les spécifications de qualitéConnaissance des équipements de moulage par injection et par soufflage, ainsi que du contrôle des procédésCapacité à travailler de façon autonome et au sein d’une équipe dans un environnement dynamiqueFlexibilité à travailler sur des quarts de travail, y compris de nuit et la fin de semaine, au besoinExcellente aptitude mécanique et compétences en résolution de problèmes

The Process Technician will be responsible for setting up, monitoring, and optimizing the production processes to ensure efficient, high-quality, and safe manufacturing operations.
RESPONSIBILITIESSet up and operate plastic bottle production equipment (injection molding, blow molding, extrusion)Monitor and adjust machine settings to maintain product quality and minimize downtimePerform start-up, shut down, and changeover procedures in accordance with production requirementsTroubleshoot mechanical and process-related issues and coordinate with maintenance when necessaryInspect products to ensure they meet specifications and quality standardsMaintain accurate production and process records, including performance and quality dataCollaborate with quality, maintenance, and engineering teams to improve productivity and process controlEnsure all safety protocols and company procedures are followed at all timesParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives and recommend process enhancements
QUALIFICATIONS 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferably in plastics and packagingAbility to read and interpret technical documents, machine settings, and quality specificationsFamiliarity with injection/blow molding equipment and process controlAbility to work independently and as a part of team in a fast-paced environmentFlexibility to work shifts, including nights and weekends if requiredStrong mechanical aptitude and problem solving skills
