What We Offer $26.12 per hour + shift differential 3rd shift, Sunday – Thursday, 10:40 PM – 7:10 AM Overtime as required Medical, dental, vision, and prescription insurance Company paid holidays 401k and matching Flex spending Life and disability plans What We’re Looking For 6+ years of direct job-related experience Microsoft Office, Auto-CAD, and a good understanding of PLC logic 3 – 5+ years of robotic experience in the automotive industry Ability to read and write electrical and pneumatic schematics Self-motivated and able to follow direction What You’ll Do as a Process Technician Provide technical support to the IMM Department on the off shifts for automated and robotic systems Participate in implementation of new program launch activities Perform preventative maintenance of automation systems (Robots, EOATs) Assist in building of new EOAT’s and other Automation Equipment Perform other tasks related to the automation process as designated by the Automation Engineer Exhibit teamwork skills and actively participate in team activities in a positive working environment Demonstrate problem-solving skills in a work environment that is striving for continual improvement Follow Decostar policies and display conduct expected of Decostar employees as described in the employee handbook Follow the safety rules of Decostar and work in a manner that is conducive to maintaining a safe and healthy workplace Meet and maintain all customer quality standards as well as the standards of Decostar Perform daily cross-functional job assignments as required and per the department’s established procedures and work instructions Perform other tasks as assigned
