**Job Title: Process Technician** **Job Description** We are looking for a Process Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for programming molding machines, maintaining material feed systems, troubleshooting mold problems, and assisting with mold changes. You will work closely with production schedules to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency. **Responsibilities** + Perform programming of molding machine robot arms and work cell assembly stations equipment. + Change-out, purge, and maintain material and central material feed systems as needed. + Troubleshoot mold problems, develop root cause analysis, and provide quick permanent corrective actions or complete minor repairs. + Coordinate mold set-up activities with production schedules to minimize downtime and maximize production efficiencies. + Assist in performing mold changes and set-ups within scheduled mold change timeframes utilizing process and cycle sheets. + Troubleshoot molding process issues such as flash, short-shots, sinks, and splay. **Essential Skills** + Minimum of 1 year experience in injection molding manufacturing. + Basic knowledge of hand and power tools. + Minimum of 1 year experience as a process technician. + Experience in installation, service, repair, mechanical, and industrial settings. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 1+ year(s) experience in a mold setup role. + 1+ year(s) experience with diagrams, blueprints, schematics, gauges, and measuring instruments. + 1+ year(s) experience troubleshooting mold problems, developing root cause analysis, and providing quick permanent corrective actions. + General computer skills, including typing and Microsoft 365. **Why Work Here?** We offer a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k), dental insurance, health insurance, paid time off, and vision insurance. The company operates in a shared space but plans to expand to the full facility. The work environment is dynamic and supportive, located in Evansville, IN. **Shift Details** 1st shift - Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM with flexibility on start and end times. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Evansville, Indiana. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
