Job Description

The Process Technician is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the manufacturing processes within the fabrication department. This role involves monitoring production, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that all processes are efficient and meet quality standards.

ResponsibilitiesProcess Monitoring: Continuously monitor and analyze production processes to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues in the manufacturing process to minimize downtime and maintain product quality.Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections and tests to ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production data, process changes, and quality control results.Process Improvement: Collaborate with engineering and production teams to develop and implement process improvements.Training: Provide training and support to production staff on new processes and equipment.Safety Compliance: Ensure all processes comply with safety regulations and company policies.Essential SkillsHigh School diploma or equivalent.Three to five years of related experience or a combination of work and education.Experience in process improvement, particularly with CNC and sheet metal fabrication and/or welding.Proficiency in blueprint reading, assembly, electrical schematics, and process control.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with sheet metal fabrication, press brake, CNC, and welding.Strong quality controlWhy Work Here?

Work Environment

Shift: 1st: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM. The facility is well-lit, temperature-controlled, clean, and organized. We are willing to train and invest in retaining and attracting quality talent. Overtime may be required at times, and flexibility with OT is appreciated. The ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds is necessary. The work environment can be noisy and fast-paced.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00
