**The hourly range for this role is $24.31. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may pay more or less than the posted range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.**

**JOB SUMMARY:**
The West Hazleton, PA Henkel manufacturing facility is looking for top talent to lead our facility to Best in Class performance levels and culture. We have a clear journey laid out to build capabilities and deliver results using the HPS (Henkel Production System) processes and tools. As a Process Technician, you will work with the HPS Engineers and Cell Teams to deliver results in safety, OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), QCO/SMED (Quick Changeovers/Single Minute Exchange of Dies), yield and quality through equipment performance and process improvements. This position will report to the HPS Lead, be a member of the HPS department team, and work closely with HPS Engineering, Reliability Engineering, Automation Technicians, Maintenance Technicians, and Operations. This role is approximately 80% hands-on and 20% administrative/training.
**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Work directly with HPS Engineering to utilize Problem Solving processes to improve OEE, machine up time, process efficiency, speed, and yield.
+ Identify, analyze, prioritize, and eliminate losses and inefficiencies.
+ Facilitate problem solving workshops.
+ As a result of problem-solving efforts, develop, create, and/or improve:
+ CILT (Clean, Inspect, Lubricate, Tighten) routines
+ CL (Center lining)
+ PM (Preventative Maintenance) tasks with a focus on replacement rather than inspection
+ OPL (One Point Lessons)
+ Troubleshooting guides
+ Training materials (potential use of REWO)
+ Partner with the Reliability team to participate in and streamline TBM (Time Based Maintenance) process.
+ Serve as a technical trainer for Packaging Technicians and Technical Operators.
+ Work directly with external vendors, as needed.
**QUALIFICATIONS:**
+ Must have a high school diploma or GED.
+ Knowledge of Continuous Improvement and Preventative Maintenance skills is preferred, such as Autonomous Maintenance (AM), CILT, CL, Defect Handling (DH), Daily Management System/SIM (Short Interval Management) Process, and QCO.
+ Must have demonstrated problem solving, analytical, and decision-making skills; resolves issues independently and understands when additional support is needed.
+ Must have intermediate to advanced skills in mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, working knowledge of plant equipment and processes.
+ Must have the willingness to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including extended shifts, weekends, and holidays, if necessary, including moving to another shift to balance skills, results, and training opportunities.
+ Must have the ability to plan, prioritize, and execute duties with minimal supervision.
+ Must have demonstrated leadership skills in current or previous roles.
+ Must have the ability and willingness to train technical and operational employees.
+ Must have the ability to influence others in a positive manner.
+ Must have demonstrated desire and capacity for continuous learning of new work methods and technology.
+ Must have intermediate level computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint).
+ Must have strong organizational and attention to detail skills.
+ Must be an effective communicator, both verbally and in writing, with the ability to adapt your communication style to different audiences, including active listening, clear presentation skills, and the capacity to provide and receive feedback.
+ Must have the ability to collaborate with teams.
+ Must be able to pivot and adapt to changing priorities.
