ResponsibilitiesJOB REQUIREMENTS:
Be proactive in identifying improved process capabilities on the production floor.Provide input to new product development teams upon request. Actively participate in start-up of jobs.Following established programs to improve overall product quality on a continual basis. Thorough understanding of material behavior in the thermoforming process.Assist in the start-up of new equipment with process support.Maintain and upkeep process definition sheets and tracking system.Ability to work on equipment with basic hand tools.Maintain high degree of technical proficiency acquired through experience and on-the-job training.Develop employee technical skills. Coach and mentor employees.Other duties as required. QualificationsEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Two year degree or five (5) years relevant experienceExperience working with machineryExperience in analyzing and solving problemsGood analytical skills with initiative and trouble shooting skillsTeam work skillsAbility to read and understand schematics and blueprintsGood verbal, written and presentation skillsAbility to work under pressureStrong computer skills essential#LI-TM1
