Process Technician

om deel uit te maken van ons team van innovators. Loop voorop bij de ontwikkeling van baanbrekende optische vezels met hoge capaciteit die ontworpen zijn om de toekomst van AI en cloud computing aan te drijven.

In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse procescontrole van de volgende generatie optische vezelproductieprocessen. Je werkt nauw samen met onze R&D, Engineers en Productieafdeling.

Jouw belangrijkste taken:

Het aanpassen van onze productiemachines op basis van productmetingen en duurtesten van optische vezels of halffabricaten;Registreren van activiteiten en analyseren van resultaten;Ondersteunen van de productieafdeling door het uitvoeren van controles en correcties op de productiemachines, zodat de productie volgens plan kan blijven produceren;Er wordt veel praktisch werk verwacht. In deze functie werk je aan het strekken en tekenen in de verschillende fasen van het proces;Werken aan projecten om verbeteringen aan te brengen in ons productieproces, dit kan in-house of door deel te nemen aan verbeterprojecten waarbij je samenwerkt met een Process Engineer.

Als Process Technician bij Prysmian:

Je hebt een MBO-4 opleiding Procestechnologie (Vapro C) afgerond;Je hebt ervaring in een hightech productieomgeving, bij voorkeur in de glasvezelindustrie / glasindustrie;Je bent bereid om naar de Verenigde Staten (Orlando) te reizen voor een training van onze professionals over onze nieuwe vezel;Je hebt statistische basiskennis van SPC en ervaring met xls is een pré;Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en je Engels is goed;Je bent zorgvuldig en in staat om overzicht te houden;Je kunt omgaan met computers en vindt het leuk om de productie naar een hoger niveau te tillen;Je bent flexibel en zelfstandig in je werk;Je kunt goed plannen en organiseren;Je bent in staat om met heet glas te werken;Je bent analytisch sterk en ziet afwijkingen en kunt deze alleen oplossen of uitleggen aan een collega.

Je hebt recht op 27 vakantiedagen, 13 ATV dagen op basis van een fulltime dienstverband en je krijgt een 13e maand.
