Job Summary

Processing of customer orders for hospital/clinical settings (cutting)

Processing of all documents in SAP system related to production process (cutting)

Ensuring compliance with established procedures at each stage of processing

Ensure the correctness of information on documentation provided to customers

Ensure timely completion of all tasks within assigned area

Monitor quality and quantity of products produced by assigned staff

Maintain high standards of housekeeping in work areas

Other duties as required


Responsibilities

Perform various operations to produce medical devices according to specifications

Use computerized systems to program machinery and control manufacturing processes

Operate basic equipment and machines, such as injection molding, thermoformers, and extruders

Prepare product samples for testing

Conduct quality assurance checks on products and materials

Pack and label finished products

Clean and maintain equipment and work areas

Train new employees and provide guidance to trainees

Adhere to safety protocols and regulations

Participate in continuous improvement projects to increase efficiency and reduce costs

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve overall performance


Qualifications

Language: English.

Basic knowledge of plastics manufacturing processes and techniques

Experience operating basic plastic fabricating equipment and machines

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

Knowledge of quality assurance principles and practices

Familiarity with lean manufacturing concepts and continuous improvement methodologies

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members

Flexibility to adapt to changing production demands and schedules

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive motions throughout the day

Basic computer skills for data entry and record keeping

High school diploma or equivalent
