Job Description:

Provide assistance/work instruction to Engineers to help resolve process issuesMake decisions about routine process problems to sustain the production lineWrite non-conformance reports to correct process problems related to material or process changesAble to support the qualification of materials and new packagesPerform continuous process review and improvement.Demonstrate a sense of urgency towards production needs and by providing timely responses, accommodating flexible working hours to satisfy schedule or task needs.Provide disposition as line sustaining for quality and yield issues

Requirements/Qualifications:

BS Engineering Degree HolderAt least 1 to 3 years of experience with SPC activities, qualification procedures, yield improvementsApplies problem-solving tools such as 8D and Pareto AnalysisKnowledgeable in 8D, FMEA, APQP, Six Sigma, and other Process Tools like Minitab or JMPExperience in Die Preparation, Die Attach, and Wire bond setup
