Summary: Seeking Process Technicians for A and C shifts to focus on the manufacturing of advanced ceramics using CVD/CVC reactors.
Job Requirements:
Experience with hazardous chemicals (acids, solvents)
Knowledge in CVD, vacuum, deposition, ceramic, silicon carbide, leak check, graphite, high-temperature processes
Forklift operation
Preferred Skills:
Experience with process improvements and maintenance routines
Familiarity with statistical data evaluation for quality assurance
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare graphite material to support reactor run orders
Load/unload graphite fixtures and remove deposited SiC material
Conduct pre-startup reviews and monitor reactor operations
Perform regular maintenance and calibration routines
Ensure cleanliness and efficiency of work areas
Provide detailed shift reports for seamless transitions
Level-Specific Responsibilities:
Level 1 ($20-$25):
Pre-startup testing and performance assessment for safety
Monitor reactor and equipment performance during operation
Level 2 ($24-$29):
Verify records adhere to quality assurance specifications
Compile/evaluate statistical data for product quality/reliability
Level 3 ($28-$35):
Test products at specified stages in production for performance characteristics
Pay Details: $20.00 to $35.00 per hour
