Compensation varies based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, education, performance and salary range at the time of the offer._ **Responsibilities** Responsible for delivery of Field Services across the organization, from process development, implementation, maintenance, and adherence to the associated customer experience. + Manage strategic Field Service contracts and corresponding vendor relationships + Manage national SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), workflows, and technical solutions for the Field Services tower + Oversee and govern performance and key success metrics to deliver optimal Field Service support + Assist in management of Field Services budget and cost optimization activities + Develop and implement strategic and continuous improvement initiatives, accelerating the value proposition of Field Services + Recommend and manage cost-effective hardware/software solutions, standards and associated asset lifecycle + Collaborate on needs analysis for customer service, upgrades or changes to systems **Requirements** Licensure / Certification / Registration: + Certification credentialed from the International Association of Information Technology Asset Managers preferred.
