**Responsibilities**
+ The Process and Tech Manager is responsible for defining product vision, road-map, growth opportunities and priorities aligned to business needs across multiple domains.
+ They should understand the functional domain, the market, the industry, the customer and the business in order to make sound decisions.
+ They should also have a strong technical background so they can contribute to and prioritize technical features as well to achieve the highest performing product.
+ Daily engagement and leadership with the product team for the support, iteration, build, deployment and upgrade of the Nurse Call product platforms
+ Deep understanding of the connectedness of the product portfolio and its use case within the healthcare setting to include middleware and alarming and alerting workflows
+ High level of communication skills, both written and verbal are required
+ Works independently to understand workflows and applies technical knowledge to assist end users
+ 3 or more years work experience with the following applications and platforms is strongly preferred: Telemetry. Experience and exposure to working and collaborating with with clinical leaders, physicians and medical staff in a hospital environment is also preferred. Clinical experience is highly preferred but not required
Follows all established procedures
+ Creates clear documentation for education, knowledge share for team and procedure/policy requirements
+ Utilizes critical thinking to decipher workflows to understand adjustments needed to application deployments
+ Understands basic technology infrastructure to assist with any new functionality, break/fix or application replacement
+ On call availability is a requirement
+ Communicates and interacts effectively at various levels of the organization including senior leadership, business stakeholders and technical subject matter experts.
+ Builds trust and respect with key stakeholders.
+ Demonstrates proactive behaviors and self-management techniques, including but not limited to, working efficiently, demonstrating adaptability and setting goals while balancing multiple priorities.
+ Ability to produce high quality work products under pressure and within deadlines.

**Requirements**
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
+ Certification credentialed from the International Association of Information Technology Asset Managers preferred.
Education:
+ High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate'sdegree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
+ 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
