Short & Sweet:Ensures product temperature meets customer specifications and proper flavors, modifiers and propionate are mixed and applied according to those specifications. Ensures proper application of cellulose to meet customer specifications.
Schedule:12 Hour Shifts, 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM, 2-2-3 Schedule

Job Description:
Follow set-up procedures ensuring all equipment are operational at start-up and complete pre-start checklist and MES system sample checks.
Defrost coil daily prior to start-up washing covers and coils, removing excess water from the floor and replacing covers.
Insuring correct ingredient mixtures are utilized in preparing propionate. Oldest modifiers and flavors must be used first. Enter in batch report and packaging entry data (liquid application ingredients and cellulose) for MES.
Follow safe practices in performing job duties.
Maintain and monitor conveyor belts and wire scrapers.
Monitor propionate and cellulose throughout the shift recording hourly checks on the Propionate Log sheet.
Inspect the agitator bed daily prior to startup and routinely throughout the shift.
Complete all freezer logs, freezer start-up, checklist, LA cellulose data entry in MES, and the propionate log on an hourly basis.
Shovel out blow-over from the freezer daily; boxing, weighing and recording the weight on the QLC freezer report.
Perform any other duties as assigned.
Maintain proper product temperatures.
