Processing Lab Technician
Job Type: Full-Time; Non-Exempt
Shift: Monday-Thursday, 6:00am-4:30pm
Hourly Pay Rate: $16.00/hr.

What You’ll Do:
As a Processing Lab Technician, you will support daily operations in the Processing Laboratory Department and report directly to the Lab Manager. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the production of high-quality cannabis products while maintaining compliance with state regulations and company standards. Your responsibilities will include:
Maintaining a clean and organized workspace (e.g., cleaning glassware, mopping, wiping down surfaces). Tracking and documenting data using both physical paperwork and digital systems like iPads, BioTrack, and METRC. Performing in-process and post-process quality assurance testing and visual inspections. Ensuring 100% compliance with state regulations by accurately weighing, recording data, tracking products, and securing materials. Preparing and packaging products, ensuring they are correctly labeled in compliance with state standards. Collaborating with team members to enhance operational efficiency and minimize waste. Adhering to all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Conducting preventative maintenance, calibrations, and cleaning of production tools and equipment. Receiving instructions and completing tasks delegated by laboratory management. Assisting in quality control and testing to maintain product consistency and efficacy. Participating in the sanitation of production equipment, tools, and workspace.What You’ll Bring:
Strong interpersonal communication skills to interact effectively with team members. Basic math skills and an understanding of weights and measurements. Excellent organizational skills with acute attention to detail. Ability to adapt to fast-paced and ever-changing environments. Experience with the safe handling and disposal of chemicals or hazardous waste. Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Flexible and willing to take on various responsibilities as needed.Even Better If:
You have agriculture or manufacturing experience. You bring experience working with BioTrack or METRC tracking systems. You have familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). You have experience in the cannabis industry or laboratory environment. You have basic knowledge of state regulations related to cannabis processing and compliance.Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted Ability to sit, stand, and walk for long periods of time Ability to occasionally climb ladder, crawl under low spaces Ability to use computer/look at a screen for long periods of time Ability to have close vision (able to read small print at 20 inches or less) This position has allergen warnings - Potential exposure to dust, pollen, and plant pathogens.What We Offer:
