Context/Scope
Position requires a thorough understanding of all aspects of the processing operations including safety requirements, batching operations, tank room operations, quality standards, and management of supply, SAP, budget requirements, inventory management, critical metric requirements, and other regulatory requirements.
Purpose Of Role
Provide direction of planning, organizing and controlling the staff to blend according to the manufacturing program. Lead the production operations including flavor/product blending and filtration, Government record keeping, shipping documentation preparation and ingredient inventory management for the production site.

Qualifications And Experience Required
4 year Bachelors degree or equivalent (Preferably in Engineering)Minimum of five years of people management experience.Experience in flavor production; or equivalentConsideration will be given to an equivalent level of education and experience Strong analytical and budgeting skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.Experience in warehousing, maturing and/or liquid processing operations.Excellent organization skills. Ability to handle multiple priorities.Communicate effectively with other departments, as well as all levels of management. Must be customer oriented, both inside and outside the organization.Thorough working knowledge and demonstrated expertise in all areas of food/flavor processing, MSDS, Federal & local jurisdiction complianceWorks well with other departments, as well as all levels of management.
