The job role:

The processing operative is a hands-on role in a fast-paced production environment? Join our team at the Heathfield Plant and play a key role in our manufacturing operations while ensuring health, safety, and quality standards are met.

Operate Attritor Mills and IBC bagging lineBagging the ball clayBulk millingSupport shredding operationsSafely operate mobile plant equipment – front end loading shovel & ForkliftMeeting production targetsPerform Level 1 maintenance tasks and report equipment faultsCarry out site cleaning and promote good housekeeping practicesFollow health and safety guidelines

You will:

Bring motivation, drive and enthusiasm as this is a very hands-on role. In addition, you’ll:Hold Full and valid UK driving licencePossess a Front-end loading shovel or Forklift certificateBe from a production background (desirable)Understand health and safety in the workplaceHave the willingness to learn and drive other mobile plant equipment Be a team playerPossess basic numeracy, literacy and IT skills
