What will I be doing? Position Summary (bullet points)
\n· Verify the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records, including detailed financial business transactions.
\n· Provide customer service to internal clients, suppliers, and customers.
\n· Assist in the development and implementation of our workflow systems (Include DocMX, RPA etc.)
\n· 协助开发和实施工作流程系统(包括DocMX、RPA等);
\n· Enter data or use technology tools to upload data into the computer system using defined computer programs.
\n· Compile data and prepare, review, and audit a variety of reports.
\n· Handle complex clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff
\n· Be able to communicate and support with other towers.
\n· Train relevant SOP to new joiners and lead new appoint accountant to a smooth transition.
\n· Assist Team Lead to conduct departmental monthly training and monitor the implementation of all update policies or workflows.
\n· Handle internal audit processes of allocated hotels. Check relevant SOPs of PTP are enforced.
\n· Other duties as assigned.
